YOUTH SOCCER

Sessions are built around athletes looking to maintain and build upon individual skill through out the fall season. 
It is the perfect introductory clinic for athletes of all skill level. Based on the age group, sessions will vary to challenge each athlete.

YOUTH BASKETBALL

Basketball SKILLS & DRILLS

Our Basketball Skills and Drills will provide each student with a wonderful experience where they will learn, grow and thrive in a safe, healthy and positive environment. Our focus will be on skill development, understanding of the game improved fitness, motor skills and self-esteem.

Program curriculum will be based on:

Skills and Drills | Dribbling | Ball Handling | Passing | Shooting & Rebounding | Defense

Offense | Rules and Scrimmaging

YOUTH LACROSSE

The offseason is the perfect time to work on your lacrosse skills and have fun. In our clinic we will break down into small groups by age and skill so each player will get individual instruction. 
We will work on passing, shooting, groundballs and defense. Besides running a series of different drills the girls will be able to use those skills in scrimmages.

Program curriculum will be based on:

 

Technical & Tactical Game Awareness | Passing | Shooting Skills 

Ground Balls | Defensive Positioning | Dodging Skills

Footwork and Scrimmages | Team Coordination
